The newly developed Competition high-performance core ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the radiator. It is a high-quality tube fin core with internal turbulators. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analysis in a CFD system. Integrated air baffles in the inlet ensure even filling of the intercooler. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure. This makes this kit ideal for racing. In addition, all of our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The intercooler and crossmember form a stable unit. Installation is carried out using the original mounting points and is easy to perform (a 1:1 replacement). Tested to 6 bar and pressure-resistant.
