We open the GPEC2A control unit, read out the original software, modify the Vmax limit, and write the control unit back. Result: the V8 can unleash its full power without artificial restriction, without losing any further safety or diagnostic functions.

This powerful pickup truck has a factory speed limit, which we removed through targeted adjustments to the GPEC2A control unit to unleash the vehicle's full potential.
The VMAX Removal Process

For this Dodge Ram 1500, we carefully opened the GPEC2A control unit and read out the existing software. Subsequently, the software was modified to remove the factory speed limit. After processing, the control unit was reinstalled, and the vehicle is now ready to unleash its full potential on the road.
