Honda Civic FK7 1.5VTec Turbo 132KW/182PS (2017+)
The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (715mm x 162mm x 122mm / stepped = 12,700cm³), offering a 42% larger inlet area and 144% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core is a high-quality tube fin core with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 7.5kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using CFD flow analysis. The intercooler kit was developed specifically for the larger tuning stages and is therefore optionally available with Ø60mm piping. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure. In addition, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Completely ready-to-install kit, simply replace the stock intercooler – plug and play. Tested and pressure-stable up to 6 bar. All our products are subject to continuous quality control. Suitable for racing.
