Our intercooler features a modern competition mesh (Tube Fin) and boasts impressive dimensions: 670 mm x 183.4 mm x 125 mm (15.4 liters). Compared to the stock intercooler, it offers a massive 91% larger airflow area and an astonishing 140% more mesh volume.
Our cast aluminum end boxes were carefully designed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. A built-in air deflector inside the cooler inlet ensures even filling of the intercooler. The result? Excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh, complemented by a specially manufactured air deflector, ensures that adjacent components, such as the radiator, receive sufficient airflow. Perfect for racing! Our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that not only protects against environmental influences but also offers excellent thermal conductivity. This ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling performance for your Civic Type R FK8. Installation takes place using the original mounting points and is straightforward thanks to the design.
