Our Competition intercooler sets new standards in performance. With core dimensions of 610mm x 440mm x 65mm and an impressive volume of 17.45 liters, this cooler takes your vehicle to a whole new level.
With a 10% larger airflow area and 50% greater charge air volume compared to the original Audi S3 intercooler, our Competition intercooler delivers a significant performance increase. The innovative Competition high-performance mesh ensures optimal airflow to adjacent components such as the radiator. Despite its impressive size, it remains surprisingly lightweight (compared to the S3 OEM at 8 kg / Wagner Tuning at 9.2 kg).
The CAD-engineered free-form cast aluminum end boxes maximize internal airflow and provide outstanding performance.
The cooler's inlets and outlets have been enlarged to a diameter of 67 mm. This kit includes matching silicone hoses that are perfectly matched. The intercooler not only offers a performance increase but also reduces backpressure compared to the stock cooler. An anti-corrosion coating with outstanding thermal conductivity ensures optimal cooling and thus a significant increase in performance. Installation is straightforward by replacing the OEM intercooler. Our products are subject to ongoing quality control.
