Featuring an innovative Competition Core (Tube Fin) and impressive dimensions of 660 mm x 282 [254] mm x 120 [65] mm [stepped], this intercooler offers an external core volume of 21.3 liters. This translates to a 32% larger frontal airflow area and an incredible 279% more external core volume compared to the standard intercooler.
The cast aluminum end boxes were developed using CAD design and optimized using CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. Thanks to a special airflow system in the cooler inlet, the intercooler core is evenly filled. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal backpressure. Furthermore, the innovative competition-grade high-performance core ensures sufficient airflow for neighboring components such as the radiator and is also very lightweight. Look forward to optimal cooling of the charged air and a noticeable increase in performance! Our Wagner Tuning intercoolers are coated with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating that offers excellent thermal conductivity.
