Specifically developed to meet the demanding requirements of the Hyundai i30 N, this intercooler features a new Competition Core (Tube Fin) measuring 580 mm x 150 mm x 135.4 mm + 580 mm x 62 mm x 70 mm (stepped core: 14.3 liters). With a 44.3% larger airflow area and 101.4% larger core volume compared to the original intercooler, this high-performance core delivers unmatched performance.
The high-quality cast aluminum end boxes were designed using CAD and optimized using CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal backpressure. Furthermore, the innovative performance high-performance mesh, with its custom-designed air baffle, allows for sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the radiator. This kit is therefore perfectly suited for racing, offering optimal cooling of the turbocharged air with a significant performance increase.
Featuring an anti-corrosion coating with outstanding thermal conductivity, Wagner Tuning intercoolers are optimally protected from environmental influences and offer long-lasting and efficient cooling.
