Competition water cooler kit for the Mercedes Benz C63 (S) AMG

The 4.0L V8 biturbo engine in the C63 (S) models from AMG is equipped with an indirect charge air cooling circuit. The charge air cooling process is therefore not realized with the ambient air as the cooling medium (as is usual), but rather with the help of a dedicated cooling water circuit. A reduction in the coolant temperature therefore directly translates into improved charge air cooling performance. This is precisely where the advantages of the WAGNERTUNING upgrade water cooler come into play.
The newly developed Competition racing cores for WAGNERTUNING's high-performance water coolers increase the cooling volume of the stock water cooler by a total of 80%. The ratio of inner to outer cooling surface generates maximum heat transfer while still allowing sufficient airflow for the adjacent components (e.g., the engine water cooler located behind it) to exchange heat. Furthermore, the water coolers are equipped with a heat-conducting, anti-corrosion coating, ensuring a lasting cooling effect. Installation of the system is also straightforward and plug & play thanks to our installation instructions.
