The Wagner Tuning intercooler has an astonishing 68% larger airflow area compared to the factory intercooler. This means more fresh air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance. Our kit offers an astounding 90% more charge air volume than the stock intercooler. This leads to improved combustion and ultimately more power and efficiency.
Despite its impressive size, our intercooler weighs just 8.6 kg. The cooler's end boxes are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using CFD flow analysis. This ensures optimal airflow and minimizes backpressure. Our Competition high-performance core is a high-quality tube-fin core with internal turbulators, providing outstanding cooling properties. All of our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity to ensure long-lasting and optimal cooling. Our kit is designed for easy installation and is a plug-and-play upgrade. You can continue to use your original charge air hoses, making installation even easier.
