Our high-performance intercooler, measuring 510mm x 303mm x 180mm (20.65L increments), offers an impressive 162% larger airflow area and a whopping 182% more charge air volume compared to the stock intercooler. This translates to a significant improvement in the cooling performance and performance of your vehicle. At the heart of this intercooler is our high-quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators. This mesh ensures efficient heat transfer and optimizes airflow for maximum cooling. Despite its impressive size, the intercooler weighs just 13.2kg.
The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using CFD flow analysis. This ensures excellent cooling performance with minimal backpressure. The intercooler inlets and outlets have been enlarged to 70mm in diameter to ensure maximum airflow.
Our EVO3 kit includes everything you need for installation, including reinforced silicone hoses. Replacing the stock intercooler is simple and straightforward (plug and play). The anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling. This kit is designed to meet the highest performance requirements and is pressure-tested and pressure-stable up to 6 bar.
