The Competition Package for the BMW E-Series consists of the intercooler upgrade kit EVO 2 and the Y-pipe/downpipe kit DPF replacement and fits the following vehicles.

With impressive core dimensions of 520 mm x 210 mm x 150 mm (stepped volume: 13.6 liters), our high-performance intercooler offers an enormous 65% larger airflow area and a whopping 87% more charge air volume compared to the standard intercooler. The high-quality Competition high-performance core with internal turbulators guarantees optimal performance and optimal cooling. Despite its impressive size, the intercooler weighs just 7.4 kg, making it a lightweight in its class.
The cast aluminum end boxes were optimized using advanced flow analysis in a CFD system to ensure optimal airflow. The EVO3 intercooler kit was specifically developed for the demanding requirements of the major tuning stages on the BMW 135i and 335i. We eliminated the original click connections and increased the connection diameter at the inlet and outlet to Ø70 mm, equipping the kit with reinforced silicone hoses. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal backpressure. Additionally, all of our intercoolers are coated with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, ensuring long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance.
The EVO3 high-performance intercooler kit is completely ready to install and can be easily replaced with the stock intercooler. Due to its size, minor adjustments to the cooler support are required. The intercooler has been tested up to 6 bar and is pressure-resistant, thus meeting the demands of racing.
