The two high-performance intercoolers in this kit each offer core dimensions of 320 mm x 238 mm x 110 mm, resulting in an impressive total volume of 16.755 liters. This represents a significant 40% increase in charge air volume compared to the stock intercoolers. Our Competition high-performance core not only ensures excellent cooling performance but also ensures your engine receives sufficient cooled air for optimal performance. Despite their impressive performance, these intercoolers are surprisingly lightweight, weighing just 5.3 kg each. The CAD-engineered, free-form cast aluminum end boxes ensure optimal internal airflow and impressive pressure resistance of up to 6 bar, as proven in tests.
Our kit includes matching carbon fiber air ducts to ensure the intercoolers receive optimal airflow. Silicone hoses with a larger cross-section are also included to further improve airflow. All of our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that not only protects against environmental influences but also has excellent thermal conductivity. This ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling and results in a noticeable increase in performance. This kit is completely ready to install and allows for easy replacement of the stock intercoolers. It even includes two carbon fiber air ducts, silicone hoses, and aluminum adapters.

The High Performance Y-Intake Pipe 001100006-KIT

This unique Y-shaped intake manifold was designed for the best possible internal airflow using complex CFD simulations. All bottlenecks in the original intake manifold were eliminated and adjusted to a uniform cross-section. This eliminates unnecessary cross-section changes that block the intake air flow. This reduces backpressure in the charge air system. In your vehicle, this translates into a noticeable increase in performance (varies depending on the software version).
