MST Performance Intake System (TY-GR8602)
Toyota GR86 / Supra BRZ 2.4L
This intake kit is specifically designed for the GR86 and BRZ with FA24 engine.
In our V2 version we have made a comprehensive design overhaul.
The newly developed airbox features an additional intake duct that significantly increases the volume of incoming cold air, thus optimizing overall intake efficiency. Cold air has a higher density and oxygen content, promoting more complete combustion and thus resulting in improved engine performance and responsiveness.
This system is equipped with a 152 mm high-flow air filter, allowing for a larger airflow and filtering surface. The reduced intake resistance ensures a stable airflow even at high revs. Our dyno tests showed a power increase of approximately 8–10 hp and a torque increase of 12 Nm.
A specially designed wide-opening intake duct further improves airflow, allowing cold air to enter the system with minimal obstruction. This results in a noticeable improvement in intake performance and engine response.
Visually, the GR8602 boasts a fuller, more aggressive appearance that enhances the overall aesthetics of the engine bay while expressing a strong sense of functional performance.
