Competition intercooler kit EVO3 for Audi TTRS 8S now available with TÜV parts certificate and in two different mesh variants

Important: We recommend using the standard version for power classes up to 600hp and the X-version for power classes from 600hp.
The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (515mm x 367mm x 95mm [stepped] = 16,500cm³), offering an 84% larger inlet area and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance core ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the radiator. It is a high-quality tube fin core with internal turbulators. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analysis in a CFD system. Integrated air baffles in the inlet ensure even filling of the intercooler. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure. This kit is therefore suitable for racing. In addition, all of our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The intercooler and the original crossmember form a stable unit and, thanks to the new Competition high-performance mesh, weigh just 11.7 kg. Installation is carried out using the original mounting points and is easy to perform (see installation instructions for minor adjustments). Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-resistant. All our products are subject to continuous quality control.
