With core dimensions of 610mm x 440mm x 65mm and an impressive volume of 17.446 liters, this intercooler offers a 178% larger airflow area and 158% more charge air volume compared to the original. Despite its size, it surprisingly weighs just 9.1 kg. Our high-performance Competition core with internal turbulators is the heart of this intercooler. Designed to give you the best possible performance, it impresses with its quality and efficiency.
The cast aluminum end boxes were optimized using CAD and CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. An integrated air duct in the end box ensures even filling of the high-performance Competition core. Reinforced silicone hoses with a connection diameter of 67 mm are included. All our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that not only protects against environmental influences but also offers excellent thermal conductivity. This guarantees consistent and optimal cooling performance, accompanied by a noticeable increase in power. Our intercooler kit is completely ready for installation and simply requires replacing the stock intercooler. A simple solution for a significant performance increase. Tested and pressure-stable up to 6 bar, our intercooler is ready for racing and demanding drivers.
