Our intercooler features impressive core dimensions of 640 mm x 410 mm x 65 mm, providing an expanded external charge air volume of 17 liters compared to the factory 9 liters. This means more air, more power, and impressive acceleration for your Golf Mk7 GTI. Our specially developed Competition high-performance core (Tube Fine) ensures optimal airflow to adjacent components such as the radiator. The cast aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations to ensure optimal internal airflow. An integrated air duct in the end box ensures even filling of the Competition high-performance core.
The intercooler inlets and outlets have been enlarged to an impressive 70 mm diameter, and our kit includes reinforced silicone hoses to handle the increased airflow. Compared to the factory intercooler, our intercooler offers significantly less backpressure, resulting in improved performance. All of our intercoolers are coated with an anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling performance for a consistent performance increase.
