With impressive core dimensions of 610 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm and a charge air volume of 17.446 liters, this intercooler offers a 178% larger airflow area and 158% more charge air volume compared to the factory intercooler. Our Competition high-performance core is a high-quality tube-fin core with internal turbulators. The cast aluminum end boxes were developed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations for optimal internal airflow. An integrated air guide in the end box ensures even filling of the Competition high-performance core. The connection diameters have been increased to Ø67 mm, which is why our kit is supplied with reinforced silicone hoses. All our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity. This ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling and delivers a noticeable increase in performance. Our kit is completely ready to install and allows for a problem-free replacement for the factory intercooler. Our intercooler has been tested to 6 bar and is pressure-resistant, making it ideal for racing. All our products are subject to strict quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards.
