Our Competition intercooler redefines the standards. With impressive mesh dimensions of 610 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm and a generous capacity of 17.45 liters, it offers a whopping 10% larger airflow area and a massive 50% more charge air volume compared to the standard Audi S3 intercooler.
The innovative Competition high-performance core not only delivers outstanding cooling performance but also ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the radiator. The free-form cast aluminum end boxes, developed in a CAD system, ensure optimal internal air distribution. CNC-machined hose connections with a diameter of 67 mm are included in the kit and come with matching silicone hoses. The result is an intercooler with significantly less backpressure than the stock model. Our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity. This ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling, resulting in a noticeable increase in performance. Installation is achieved by replacing the OEM intercooler.
