Intercooler Upgrade Kit EVO 2 for Ford Mustang 2.3l EcoBoost 2015+ (including facelift)
The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (535mm x 392mm x 95mm = 19.9L). This results in a 175% larger airflow area and 226% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The new Competition high-performance core still provides sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the radiator. The cast aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations for the best possible internal airflow.
An air duct integrated into the end box allows for homogeneous filling of the Competition high-performance core. The intercooler inlets and outlets have been enlarged to 70mm in diameter. This kit also includes a matching carbon fiber air duct to ensure optimal airflow to the intercooler. The high-performance intercooler has a pressure resistance of up to 6 bar (tested). This makes this kit suitable for racing. Additionally, all of our intercoolers are coated with an anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. You'll be impressed by the simple installation and top quality.
