The Wagner Tuning intercooler offers a 44% larger airflow area and 70% more charge air volume compared to the factory intercooler. This means your engine gets more air, resulting in a noticeable increase in performance. Our specially developed Competition high-performance core provides excellent cooling properties, even under extreme conditions. Your engine always stays at its optimal operating temperature.
Our free-form cast aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD to maximize internal airflow. The result is an intercooler with minimal backpressure compared to the stock intercooler. All of our intercoolers are treated with an anti-corrosion coating that not only ensures durability but also provides excellent thermal conductivity. Our kit is completely ready to install and can simply replace the factory intercooler. No extensive modifications are required. Our intercooler has been tested under extreme conditions up to 6 bar and is pressure-stable. You can rely on it to perform under all conditions. This kit is specifically designed for racing and features a 60 mm inlet and outlet for maximum performance.
