Measuring 610 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm and with a core volume of 17,446 liters, it offers a 178% larger airflow area and 158% more charge air volume compared to the standard intercooler. Despite its size, this intercooler impresses with its weight of just 9.1 kg. The cast aluminum end boxes were developed using the latest CAD technology and optimized using CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. An innovative integrated air duct in the end box ensures even filling of the Competition high-performance core. With an enlarged connection diameter of Ø67 mm and reinforced silicone hoses, this kit impresses with minimal backpressure compared to the standard intercooler.
The high-performance intercooler is equipped with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating that offers excellent thermal conductivity. This ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling, resulting in a significant increase in performance. Installation of the complete, ready-to-install kit is simple and is achieved by replacing the stock intercooler.
