The high-performance intercooler features a new Competition core (Tube Fin) measuring 660 mm x 282 [254] mm x 120 [65] mm (stepped). This core offers a 32% larger frontal surface area and 279% larger core volume compared to the stock intercooler. Feel the difference and experience improved performance in your Ford Ranger.
The cast aluminum tanks were precisely designed in CAD and optimized in CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. An integrated air duct in the intercooler inlet ensures even filling and maximum cooling performance. The result is excellent cooling with minimal backpressure. The newly developed Competition high-performance core is also particularly lightweight and ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the radiator.
