The high-performance intercooler features a new Competition core (Tube Fin) measuring 340 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm + 340 mm x 173 mm x 70 mm (stepped core: 14.71 liters). With a 104% larger airflow area and 120% more core volume compared to the standard intercooler, this high-performance intercooler delivers impressive performance. The cast aluminum end boxes were designed using CAD and optimized using CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure. Additionally, the newly developed Competition high-performance core, with its custom-made air baffle, ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the radiator. This kit is therefore perfectly suited for racing and offers optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in power.
The Wagner Tuning high-performance intercooler is equipped with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, ensuring long-lasting and optimal cooling under all environmental conditions. Installation is easy using the original mounting points and is simple thanks to the "plug and play" design.
