Our high-performance intercooler sets new standards and takes your driving dynamics to a new level. With impressive core dimensions of 515mm x 367mm x 95mm (stepped) and a total volume of 16,500 cm³, it offers an incredible airflow area that is 84% larger than the stock intercooler. This translates to an astounding 101% increase in charge air volume.
Our newly developed high-performance competition intercooler ensures optimal airflow to adjacent components such as the radiator. With its high-quality tube fin mesh and internal turbulators, it ensures efficient cooling. The cast aluminum end boxes were optimized using CFD flow analysis to ensure optimal cooling properties with minimal backpressure. The integrated air deflectors in the inlet ensure even filling of the intercooler. This kit was specifically developed for racing and offers optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance. All of our intercoolers are coated with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity. This ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling. Despite its high performance, our intercooler is surprisingly lightweight thanks to the new high-performance competition intercooler mesh, forming a stable unit with the original crossmember. The total weight is just 11.7 kg.
Installation is effortless using the original mounting points and is supported by our detailed installation instructions. Thanks to the high pressure stability, which has been tested up to 6 bar, you can rely on the reliability of our product.
