The 2.0 TFSI turbo engine in the KTM X-Bow features an indirect intercooling circuit, where the charge air is cooled by a water-cooled intercooler. With our specially developed high-performance intercooler from WAGNERTUNING, you can replace the original intercooler and experience a revolutionary performance increase.
Our high-performance intercooler features an innovative performance core measuring 222 mm x 297 mm x 95 mm. It was specifically developed for the demanding requirements of the KTM engine and offers an incredible 80% more external core volume compared to the standard intercooler. The ratio of inner to outer cooling surface ensures maximum heat transfer and optimal internal airflow. The cast aluminum end boxes were designed using the latest CAD technology and optimized through CFD simulations. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal backpressure, increasing air mass flow by an impressive 33%. This also makes our kit ideal for racing. You benefit from optimal cooling of the charged air and a significant increase in power.
