With impressive mesh dimensions of 620 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm and an external charge air volume of 17.7 liters (compared to 9 liters for OEM), this high-performance intercooler ensures optimal cooling of the charged air.
Our newly developed Competition high-performance core (Tube Fine) not only enables outstanding cooling performance but also ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the radiator. The intercooler remains lightweight, weighing just 9.2 kg (20.8 lbs) in total. The cast aluminum end boxes were optimized using CAD technology and CFD simulations to achieve optimal internal airflow. An integrated air duct in the end box ensures even filling of the Competition high-performance core.
With an inlet and outlet diameter of 70 mm, this intercooler offers significantly lower backpressure compared to the standard intercooler. Additionally, all our intercoolers are coated with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, which not only provides protection against environmental influences but also possesses superior thermal conductivity. This ensures a lasting and optimal cooling effect with a noticeable increase in performance.
