This intercooler features a new competition core (Tube Fin) and impressive dimensions of 580 mm x 181 mm x 70 mm + 580 mm x 120 mm x 80 mm (stepped core: 12.9 liters), which is specifically tailored to the requirements of the Hyundai i20 N. With a stunning 46% larger airflow area and 98% larger core volume compared to the original intercooler, this high-performance core sets new standards.
The high-quality cast aluminum end boxes were optimized using CAD design and CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal backpressure.
