With dimensions of 580 mm x 150 mm x 135.4 mm + 580 mm x 62 mm x 70 mm (stepped mesh: 14.3 liters), the high-performance mesh offers an inflow area that is 44.3% larger and an impressive mesh volume that is 101.4% larger than the original intercooler.
The cast aluminum end boxes were designed using state-of-the-art CAD technology and optimized through CFD simulations to ensure optimal internal airflow. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal backpressure. Additionally, the newly developed performance air core, with a custom-made air baffle, allows for sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the radiator. This kit is perfectly suited for racing and ensures optimal cooling of the turbocharged air, resulting in a significant increase in power.
The Wagner Tuning high-performance intercooler is equipped with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating that provides excellent thermal conductivity and protects the intercooler from environmental influences.
