ASR flap control CB2

Flap control CB2 for controlling the exhaust flaps via the driving modes and the ESP button

Valve control CB2 for controlling the exhaust valves via the driving modes with additional SSA and misfire memory function
With this control unit you have the possibility to control your exhaust flaps via the driving modes and the ESP button.
Functions at a glance:
Driving modes (Individual: Motor):
- Cupra: flaps permanently open
- Sport: Open from 3000rpm / 80% accelerator (just before kickdown)
- Comfort, Eco, Offroad, Snow: Open from 4500 rpm / 80% accelerator (just before kickdown)
Easy Switch (double click ESP):
By double-clicking the ESP button (operated via the display under CAR / Setup), the flaps can be opened and closed independently of the driving profile. Automatic opening at 4500 rpm is always maintained.
Series mode / workshop mode:
Hold the SSA button for 7 seconds to deactivate the module. Everything behaves as if no module were installed.
As feedback for successful activation or deactivation, the SSA lamp switches automatically.
SSA Memory:
The automatic start-stop setting is saved and restored after the vehicle is started.
Misfire Memory:
The misfire persists in Cupra mode (Individual: Engine) even after the engine has started. No more annoying gearshifts.
Notes on the driving profiles when parking in Cupra mode
Without control (series)
Ateca pre-facelift: Cupra mode remains on the display after vehicle start-up. However, the tailgates are closed.
Ateca facelift: Comfort mode appears on the display after the vehicle is started. Hatches closed.
With our control:
- Ateca pre-facelift: Cupra mode remains on the display after vehicle start. Hatches open.
- Ateca facelift: Comfort mode appears on the display after the vehicle is started. Hatches open.
Assembly
Installation is plug and play in the footwell behind the A-pillar trim (instructions are included in the delivery).
Additional features
- Can be retrofitted at any time without leaving any traces

- This device has been specially developed for use on electrical flap systems and therefore offers safe and long-lasting operation.
Notes:
- No approval in the StVO

- When driving at full load, the flaps should not be completely closed
