With our Continental SID212 Mail-in Unlock, we professionally unlock the engine control unit, making it ready for further tuning measures.
Individual Tuning after Unlocking:
After successful unlocking, we can equip your vehicle with customized software upon request – including Stage 1, EGR-Off, DPF-Off, SCR / NOX / Urea System Deactivation suitable for AdBlue® or other desired adjustments. AdBlue® is a registered trademark.

Process:
For the unlock, the ECU must be removed and sent to us. We will open the ECU and perform the unlock professionally. Afterwards, we will send the control unit back so it can be reinstalled and reused.
Processing Time:
Processing usually takes approx. 5 business days after receipt of goods (depending on delivery/goods receipt).
Important Note:
Depending on its initial state, the control unit may be reset to its stock condition during the unlock process. If a previous tune/software adjustment was present, it may be permanently lost.
Tool Compatibility:
Usage after unlocking depends on your specific tool/setup. General compatibility with all third-party tools cannot be guaranteed.
