KW HLS Hydraulic Lift System

More ground clearance at the touch of a button
With the HLS lift system, you can raise your sports car or your lowered vehicle to safely drive over obstacles such as speed bumpers, speed bumps, railway crossings, construction sites, garage and underground car park entrances. Depending on the version of the HLS lift system installed, your vehicle is hydraulically raised by up to 45 millimeters on either the front axle or on both axles.
This prevents your aerodynamic components, underbody protection or even oil pan from being damaged. Depending on the vehicle type and model, the lift system is available as a vehicle-specific solution including and without KW coilover suspension. If your vehicle is not yet included in our KW HLS delivery program, our engineers have also developed a universal lift system.

Our HLS is available as an application-specific solution for a wide range of super sports cars and even compact models. All delivery components such as the hydraulic lines and hydraulic pump are adapted to your vehicle and thus all of our components harmonize perfectly with your sports car. You have to decide for yourself whether you combine the HLS with your standard suspension or with our KW coilover suspensions in stainless steel, which are among the world's top aftermarket products. Alpina, BMW M, Manthey, Mercedes-Benz AMG, Novitec Rosso and many other well-known companies in the international automotive industry have already chosen KW.
The "HLS 2" lift kit allows you to lift the front of your sports car, although it is only installed on the front axle. If you choose the "HLS 4" version, your entire vehicle will be lifted. To do this, a hydraulic cylinder is mounted between the spring plate and the spring on each KW coilover strut. The big advantage of the hydraulic system is that there is no compression (movement) of the extended cylinder unit (no unwanted additional suspension) when driving, and this does not affect the driving dynamics. The scope of delivery for all HLS lift kit variants also includes a control unit that is connected to the vehicle's on-board electronics. This means that the vehicle is automatically lowered to the original depth of the KW coilover suspension or your standard suspension from a certain speed.
