As with all KW coilover suspensions, KW engineers develop the vehicle-specific KW damper tuning, which is valued by car enthusiasts worldwide, in extensive test cycles on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and in our test center on the KW 7-post driving dynamics test bench. With a KW coilover suspension, you experience your car more directly and dynamically. With the KW V2, you as an experienced sports driver can also influence the handling and comfort yourself through the individually adjustable rebound stage tuning. With the 16 precise clicks, you can tune the KW dampers to be tighter or more comfortable without affecting the bottom valve of the compression stage.
Depending on the vehicle type, the rebound valves of the KW twin-tube dampers are adjusted at the top of the piston rod using an integrated adjustment wheel or the plug-on adjustment wheel included in the delivery. By increasing the traction force using the adjustment wheel, the body movements on the body are reduced. This means that your car will stay on track more and you will have even more stability at higher cornering speeds. For example, if you change the wheel/tire combinations approved by your car manufacturer for larger rims, you can use the KW V2 with the adjustable rebound stage to perfectly match the handling of your car and your new alloy wheels.

During production at our headquarters in Fichtenberg, the KW coilovers Variant 2 "inox-line" are subjected to extensive tests during the production process in order to meet our quality standards. Each individual damper and each chassis is thoroughly checked. As a German manufacturer, it is a matter of course for us to provide a guarantee of up to 5 years on our coilovers, which exceed the requirements of the original equipment industry and our chassis program, which covers over 4,600 applications, when installed by one of our KW specialist dealers.
Finally, the KW coilover struts are 100 percent rust-free in all weather conditions and have an unlimited service life. The functionality of the stepless lowering via the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring is also designed for long-term use in the KW V2. In a salt spray test, no oxidation occurred on the KW coilover struts. This means that the adjustment of the stepless lowering is not affected even after years.
