With impressive mesh dimensions of 610 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm and a considerable volume of 17,446 liters, this intercooler offers a 178% larger airflow area and 158% more charge air volume compared to the factory intercooler.
Our Competition high-performance mesh, equipped with internal turbulators, sets new standards for efficiency and quality. Despite its size, this high-performance cooler weighs only 9.1 kg, making its performance even more impressive.
The cast aluminum end boxes were developed using CAD design and optimized using CFD simulations for optimal internal airflow. An integrated air duct in the end box ensures even filling of the Competition high-performance core. Reinforced silicone hoses with a connection diameter of 67 mm are included to further optimize airflow. Our intercoolers are equipped with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating that not only protects against environmental influences but also offers excellent thermal conductivity. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling and leads to a noticeable increase in performance. Our intercooler kit is completely ready to install and simply requires replacing the factory intercooler. A simple step for a significant increase in performance.
